Privacy Policy

This policy applies to this website, operated by Pnerfsolutions, Inc. dba SPC Company. It covers information collected through the site and through the quote and contact requests you send us. It does not cover the separate privacy practices of the manufacturers or third parties we may link to.

Information you give us

When you submit a quote request, contact form, distributor inquiry, or brand interest request, we collect the information you provide. That includes your name, company, business email address, and phone number; the products, part numbers, quantities, and notes you list; optional context such as your industry, application, and type of end customer; and any files you upload, such as a parts list, bill of materials, drawing, spec sheet, or nameplate photo. Please do not upload files containing personal information about other people unless it is needed for your quote.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, our hosting and security providers automatically process technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring page. We use this data to deliver and secure the site, limit abuse of our forms, and, if enabled, to measure site traffic in aggregate. When you submit a form, a Cloudflare Turnstile check helps confirm you are not an automated bot.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your quote, contact, and distributor requests, and prepare quotes.
• Source, price, and fulfill the products you ask about.
• Communicate with you about your requests, orders, and account.
• Operate, secure, and improve the website.
• Send relevant product or program updates where you have asked to receive them or where permitted by law.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose it only as needed to run our business, as described here:

• Manufacturers, suppliers, and freight partners, only as needed to quote, source, and deliver the products you request. We share the product and quantity details they need and keep your end-customer information confidential unless you tell us otherwise.
• Service providers that process information for us under contract: Cloudflare (website hosting, security, bot protection with Turnstile, private file storage for uploaded files, server logs, and, if enabled, cookieless web analytics); Resend (delivery of form submissions, including attached files, to our team by email); Google Workspace (our company email); our business management system (ERPNext), where quote requests may be recorded as sales leads.
• When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of SPC, our customers, or others.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The site stores your in-progress quote list in your browser's local storage so it is still there when you return; you can clear it at any time through your browser settings. If enabled, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which Cloudflare describes as a privacy-first tool that does not use cookies, to count visits and page views in aggregate. Cloudflare Turnstile runs on our forms to block automated abuse. Some pages offer embedded manufacturer videos from YouTube that load only when you click play. YouTube (Google) may then collect information under its own privacy policy.

We do not track visitors across third-party websites and do not allow third parties to do so through our site for advertising. Because we do not engage in that kind of tracking, our site does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of; if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of any future sale or sharing.

We keep quote requests, uploaded files, and related contact details for up to 24 months after your last request or communication with us, unless the request becomes an order or customer account. Records of orders, invoices, and accounts are kept for as long as required for tax, accounting, warranty, and legal purposes. Server logs are kept for a short period set by our hosting provider. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it. You can ask us to delete your quote request and uploaded files sooner by emailing spc@spctrade.com, and we will do so unless we must keep it for a legal reason. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including private, access-controlled storage for uploaded files, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have given us, and you can opt out of marketing messages at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. We will respond consistent with applicable law.

If you are a California resident, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it by emailing spc@spctrade.com. We do not sell or share personal information. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law.

This is a business-to-business site and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date at the top. If we make a material change to how we use personal information, we will post a notice on the site, and where we have your email address and the change affects you, we may also notify you by email before the change takes effect.
